Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike was implemented as a project management tool. However, after using [it] for a year or so it became clear that it was hindering us. Employees were threatening to leave as they found it very unwieldy. We then were persuaded by Wrike to commission a very expensive program from them to help implement it, which after two meetings nearly caused the whole team to resign. Eventually, it became clear that to keep the company going, we had to leave Wrike. In so doing, Wrike was completely intransigent in terms of refunding anything of the unused deployment cost, nor indeed refunding any licenses that had never been used. [...]I will never recommend them.
- Not sure I have anything to say here
- [I feel] their customer service is ruthless and completely directed towards their organization succeeding rather than the customer.
- It is a very complex platform, and easy to lose documents and hard to see where projects are going. I am astounded that they have good such good reviews, but maybe there are reasons for that.
- Of my 10 team members, a cross-section of doctors, developers, designers et cetera, no one liked Wrike.
- My team nearly resigned because of the negative impact Wrike had. This would have completely destroyed this charitable project. Thank goodness we have got rid of Wrike, and saved the team.
