Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
Wrike is used as a project management tool for digital marketing projects at my marketing agency. We use it to keep a track of hours and tasks on a weekly basis and review bandwidth and efficiency of our account managers. We use it in the media buying department currently and it helps us to generate reports to review at the end of the week for understanding manpower and hours utilized by our account managers.
- Measure efficiency against tasks and items per project
- Generate reports to review bandwidth crunch or under-utilization of resources
- Bandwidth allocation for daily tasks
- A video product demo would help new users
- The user interface could be made simpler to understand
- The filters could be made more effective while using the reports tab.
