Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike in our graphic design, marketing and sales departments. It has streamlined our design process, allowing the designers to send proofs to our customers and collaborate through the proofing tool. This has reduced the amount of miscommunication that took place in our previous process of sending the proof to the sales person who would then send it to the customer. The customer would then respond to the sales person with changes that would be relayed back to the designer. It has increased our productivity and the speed at which we can get jobs done. We also use this in our marketing department for internal approvals on marketing campaigns, which has kept us organized and on task.

Wrike is a much more powerful tool, allowing for more granular campaign building and collaboration. Also, Wrike has a proofing tool that makes it easier for you to collaborate and approve proofs.
