Use Cases and Deployment Scope

Wrike helps my team collaborate and track progress on all of our projects. We are able to plan for capacity by setting due dates and expected effort estimates as well as keeping track of individual contributions toward complex, long-term projects. Our team can also collaborate with other teams or colleagues who don't use Wrike on a regular basis.

UI can be cluttered once many projects are set up.
Effort hours can only be distributed equally among all assigned contributors.
Task cards in board view could allow for color coding.

Wrike is an ideal tool for tracking contributions, effort hours, deadlines, and subtasks for group projects. The collaboration tools and messaging, along with linking to project documents, make Wrike essential for a team tackling many complex projects at once. Wrike is not ideal for keeping track of individual tasks for which colleagues do not need visibility. It is too complex for that purpose.
