Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike to manage a range of tactical and design projects - from email to advertising, collateral, and conference exhibits - that require input and effort from individuals across teams in our organization. Wrike has made doing so much more manageable than the tool we were using previously and has kept us organized and on time with our deliverables.
  • Allows for cross-team collaboration and review.
  • Provides clarity about who is responsible for executing on projects and sub-tasks.
  • Offers clear reminders about overdue tasks and projects.
  • Tagging makes it easy to bring issues to light and resolve them quickly.
  • Ability to flag tasks and comments in the inbox that haven't yet been addressed without needing to mark them "unread".
  • The ability to tag colleagues in comments.
  • Project templates.
  • The ability to format text and add links within the description field.
  • Dashboard customization.
  • We've been able to execute on a higher number of projects thanks to the ability to create and use project templates.
  • Among other things, this has saved us time on assigning project subtasks every time we create a new project.
  • Wrike has improved our within and cross-team collaboration.
Asana was a good stop-gap alternative for our team, but we really needed something with more robust functionality as a longer-term solution - and Wrike offered that to us.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Yes

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

Yes

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

Yes

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Wrike has been particularly useful for us on executing projects that involve members across various teams with different leadership, allowing us to coordinate as needed - and much more effectively than via email - within an easy-to-use and highly organized platform. With Wrike, it would be difficult to leave any task undone and not be aware of it. Wrike has only been less appropriate for longer-term strategic planning, which we tend to coordinate via email and in regular meetings. Those high-level strategic plans then get transferred into project templates that we create and use in Wrike.
