Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to manage a range of tactical and design projects - from email to advertising, collateral, and conference exhibits - that require input and effort from individuals across teams in our organization. Wrike has made doing so much more manageable than the tool we were using previously and has kept us organized and on time with our deliverables.
Pros
- Allows for cross-team collaboration and review.
- Provides clarity about who is responsible for executing on projects and sub-tasks.
- Offers clear reminders about overdue tasks and projects.
- Tagging makes it easy to bring issues to light and resolve them quickly.
Cons
- Ability to flag tasks and comments in the inbox that haven't yet been addressed without needing to mark them "unread".
- The ability to tag colleagues in comments.
- Project templates.
- The ability to format text and add links within the description field.
- Dashboard customization.
- We've been able to execute on a higher number of projects thanks to the ability to create and use project templates.
- Among other things, this has saved us time on assigning project subtasks every time we create a new project.
- Wrike has improved our within and cross-team collaboration.
