Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We use Wrike to manage a range of tactical and design projects - from email to advertising, collateral, and conference exhibits - that require input and effort from individuals across teams in our organization. Wrike has made doing so much more manageable than the tool we were using previously and has kept us organized and on time with our deliverables.

Tagging makes it easy to bring issues to light and resolve them quickly.

Ability to flag tasks and comments in the inbox that haven't yet been addressed without needing to mark them "unread".

Asana

Wrike has been particularly useful for us on executing projects that involve members across various teams with different leadership, allowing us to coordinate as needed - and much more effectively than via email - within an easy-to-use and highly organized platform. With Wrike, it would be difficult to leave any task undone and not be aware of it. Wrike has only been less appropriate for longer-term strategic planning, which we tend to coordinate via email and in regular meetings. Those high-level strategic plans then get transferred into project templates that we create and use in Wrike.

Wrike has dramatically improved our cross-team collaboration.
