Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
I am a project manager for a company that sells ATMs and other financial equipment to financial institutions. Through Wrike, we are able to manage our customer projects from order creation through installation and invoicing. Wrike allows us to create projects using a standard template (as well as customize it as necessary) and assign each task to the employee who needs to complete it. This ensures every step of our projects is completed in a timely manner while eliminating the need for excess meetings and emails.
- allows for the creation of 'blueprints' for common projects
- customizable tasks
- system for sharing spaces, projects, and tasks as needed, so you only see what you need to see
- ability to create reports and analytics based on projects
- a space for document storage that is not a project and doesn't require a status
- an easier way to search spaces
- a way to store customer and product information
- blueprint project creation
- customized fields
- @mentioning to reduce need for emails.
- Greatly reduced need for excess emails and meetings
- more quickly and efficiently able to complete projects
- increased communication between team members
In my previous positions, we did not have access to anything like Wrike. It was extremely difficult to keep track of projects. Some of the major aspects that Wrike has that are hard to manage without a system like it is: a spelled out list of tasks that can be customized based on the project, a way to assign work to different employees for a project, and ensure the work gets completed in a timely manner, and constant meetings were required to keep track of projects.
