We use it to maintain common notes and updates on large projects and meeting notes. This has been a vital tool as we manage so many projects and would otherwise lose track of the details or have to collect multiple sources of notes and information. The meeting notes are also incredibly useful to provide a space for us to write notes that can wait until the next meeting, but would otherwise be forgotten.
