Use Cases and Deployment Scope

It's essentially our project management system used to request/assign projects and deadlines, manage all steps of the project, approve finals, and keep record for future reference.

Pros and Cons

Keep record of live updates and any changes within a project
Indicate deadlines and task owners
Easy to use shared system between multiple departments

When deadlines change, task owners should receive a notification.
The way files are organized within our system sometimes makes it challenging to locate, unless you have specific project info.
Including icons/symbols throughout the system might offer some benefit.

Return on Investment

I am not aware of ROI tied directly to this but I know it serves multiple departments.
It's a helpful reference point for multiple areas.
It helps keep the company organized.
