Use Cases and Deployment Scope

I use Wrike for communication with one of our clients that uses it for the organization of their projects. My use here is to communicate project status with the team and keep them updated as we field results and work on our online report. It is also used for scheduling upcoming tasks/projects.

Pros and Cons

Separate tasks.
Set timelines.
Organize to-do list(s).

Easier movement within the site/platform.
Ability to pin projects you are working on.

Return on Investment

It has helped me to help our clients with their needs in an orderly fashion.
Having another platform to work within is a bit of a pain when it is not my company’s primary platform.

Likelihood to Recommend

Wrike works well to break up projects into multiple sections/tasks. I like how you can assign specific people to the individual tasks in the process to reduce clutter and maintain organization. It could have a better ability to navigate within projects, in my opinion.
