Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Project Management Tool to keep our Marketing Calendar up to date with changes, various stakeholders, etc. We also have various different departments and Teams with different marketing communications calendars that we pull together for one view for stakeholders and leadership. We have made this tool our own to navigate our ever-changing calendar on a weekly and monthly basis.

Pros

  • Project Management
  • Calendar View
  • Notifying Stakeholders of Changes
  • Separate Workspaces
  • Holistic View

Cons

  • Making automated or always on tasks easier to implement
  • Creating multiple different tasks at once
  • Collaboration
  • Teamwork
  • Visibility
  • Holistic view of everything that's happening
Adobe Campaign is way too clunky and not a great tool for quick updates and changes. Not a great project management tool at all. Not a great place for all files/documents to live. Wrike has helped in all these spaces and it is much easier to customize to our needs.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Multiple different projects happening all at once with multiple stakeholders, Wrike is leveraged to communicate changes and be as agile as possible. A holistic view of what's happening all at once via calendar.

If it's a quick change or update, Wrike is not ideal and I would use chat to communicate with separate stakeholders

Wrike Mobile App

At least weekly when I’m away from my computer. Write is absolutely needed as we manager every component and task of system-wide campaigns across several cross-functional Teams. We are able to leverage it for intake requests as well as to visually so what the calendar looks like upcoming. Additionally, for new tools and integration into our overall GTM process.
Approvals and Board View. Additionally, specific tasks and task details such as audience, content block name, etc. The calendar is the most helpful when I’m away from my computer to be reminded of what we have upcoming so I can answer various questions for Business Owners as well as give them visibility to where their campaigns will live in our owned channel ecosystem..
The calendar view is the most helpful when I am away from my computer as well as the task views. The task details are also extremely helpful as we look at year over year compares. There’s various different features of Wrike that help us manage our content calendar and give views to business owners.
It’s nice to have however it’s not the most user friendly. However it’s extremely complicated to have very complex views of our owned communication ecosystem. So it’s not the best solve for that however when I’m away from my computer to look quickly at task and task details, it’s helpful. Additionally to make comments to different users is very easy on the app.
At least weekly we are able to communicate through the user interface to different business owners on tasks, etc.
That the desktop interface is still very helpful and hard to replicate on mobile. However for quick tasks it’s a great quick way to get information passed over to different stakeholders.
Not quite yet but continued optimizations make it easier to use.
