Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

I have used Wrike since 2018 in different positions and different projects. I believe it's the easiest PM SW and easy to learn and implement in a global organization. The new features I like also the Kanban is perfect to drive projects and check status on a quick way! Its also great to be able to she invite customer to give updates and timing.

  • Integration to SharePoint
  • export to exl or ppt so it fits on one paper sheet (A4)
  • We se that timing is better now than before
We have just started to explore. so far so good.
We are using several different workflows and we think this is the best way to standardize and work against the same goal. We found not using workflows took us further from reaching our goals and it also took longert time. But we have built our own standard flows.

We are a global organization with multiple PM teams this works great. Its worked well to start and also to get the team up to speed. But I would like Wrike to be a support longer during the startup phase. Its a lot of tips and tricks on YouTube but to have the team do that is not easy.

Wrike Mobile App

Im using the app to get quick uipdates and alos to check timing in meetings when i dont have acces to my laptop. I found it easy and simel to use.
Time trackoing, work load and task tracking. I use this as a follow up tool to see status
task mgm. and work load. perfect for me a s a manager to help the organisation and also prioritize
easy and simple to use
im traveling alot and i use this when i land or between meetings
Its one tool and gives a snap shot but you need the full wersion to work and use the system
I use the app as a viewer
