Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

My organization, Network 180, uses Wrike in order for our IT/IS department to manage employee requests.

Pros

  • Updates me on the status of my tickets.
  • Allows me to communicate with IT/IS.

Cons

  • I don't have anything that comes to mind regarding improvement, as I don't engage with this system regularly enough.
  • Wrike allows me to communicate easily with IS/IT staff regarding tickets/requests, especially if the request requires ongoing coordination to resolve.

I think Wrike does a nice job updating me via email when IT/IS staff reach out to me regarding questions or update the status of my ticket.
