Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike has allowed us to stop using antiquated paper printouts as well as reducing email silos. This has improved our work efficiency greatly.

Pros

  • Keeps communications visible to all
  • Automation keeps operators focused on core tasks
  • Reporting allows management to quickly understand department and individual workloads

Cons

  • Task following should be optional in personal settings, not automatic
  • Due dates should have a time of day function
  • Drastically Increased turn around on core tasks
  • Increased visibility of department and individual workloads
My favorite part about Wrike is that it is infinitely tinkerable to achieve your desired results.
