Wrike was a simple and elegant solution to our enterprises project management's needs
Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
My organization sought an intuitive, scalable, and easy-to-implement project management solution. Security was also important to us, so choosing software that could meet our company's needs in this area was critical. With all this in mind, we made a concerted effort to choose the right fit, considering about two dozen applications. After narrowing down our picks to 5, Wrike stood out from the rest with its simple elegant design and user-friendly interface. Once we decided to choose Wrike, implementation took less than six months to stand up for the four PMOs in our enterprise. User adoption was seamless and our teams and leadership loved the details the dashboards provided, which provided meaningful insight into the dozens of projects being managed across the business. Management continually compliments our Wrike admin team on our smooth transition and the efficiencies we have gained with our new Wrike platform. We also get feedback about the communication remaining within Wrike and eliminating the email noise. Being able to add comments and communicate with stakeholders and users within Wrike is a major benefit.

I am looking forward to leveraging Wrike's AI and automation, but I have only dabbled in these a little since implementing Wrike early this year.
Compared to other project management software we have used, Wrike is easy to implement and garner user acceptance. Other applications we have used and complex to configure and maintain, whereas Wrike is intuitive and simple to understand out of the gate. The communication functionality within Wrike is another benefit over the other applications I have used.
