Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

I use Wrike for all cross-functional project management. This is our source of truth. Many of us (me included) manage off of handwritten to-do lists sometimes, but a task isn't done unless it is marked off in Wrike.

Pros

  • Visibility on the status of projects cross functionally.
  • Notify automatically when changes are made that a team member might want to address.
  • Customizable.

Cons

  • Sooo customizable that it can be hard to follow.
  • Tasks living in spaces should be easier to tag.
  • Not as user friendly as i'd like.
YES! The AI features are game-changing. I'd love to get into them more, but I don't have the time. Every time I've used it, my mind has been blown—a massive shout-out to your product team.
There are so many reasons, but everything is super easy to implement into an automated workflow if it is in Wrike. If it's in a sheet somewhere, it is a roadblock, but any projects in Wirke flow.
