Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

Wrike is a very useful tool for uploading documents and training material for our sales representatives and managers.

Pros

  • Keeps archive of what was loaded
  • We can include others in our loaded documents
  • simple to use

Cons

  • More options
  • Better alerts when action items are completed
  • cost savings due to software consolidation
  • improved overall work quality
I have yet to use the AI and automation features

I think it is great. I have learned a lot about uploading materials. I like that you can customize things. It is very easy to go to your Created by me tab and view everything that you uploaded and where the process is in the task
