Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike for marketing projects across multiple teams.

Pros

  • Compared to emailing updates, it reduces time by keeping all updated info in one place and just tagging the relevant team members.
  • Keeps a record of how and when items have been updated, and by whom.
  • Keeps all related project info in one space
  • From my perspective it is a major time saver. It keeps the back and forth in one spot (the Wrike project) and you only need to be involved in the tasks that relate to you.

When you have multiple people working on a project, Wrike is great for keeping all of the info in one space. By creating Tasks, the detailed info that one person does is kept in the project space, but not on the main page, so the main project space is always organized. You can always drill down to the task level to get more details on what has been done.
