Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
We use Wrike to track how projects get completed. It's also a great way for us to track utilization. We also use it as a repository to track items project related. We track emails with clients, share project plans with them. It's also a repository of our best practices are kept in here as well.
Pros
- Time Tracking
- Project Planning
- Communication amongst team members
Cons
- Dashboards have some inconsistencies that could be resolved. There's times when a dashboard displays no results when there are items to display
- An easy way to see which projects team members are involved in (this is done at the folder level but a person will have all folders displayed which makes it messy)
- Wrike has been great on forecasting work for our team. It provides insight into how busy they are and what they can take on in the future. We're able to allocate resources to projects much more efficiently
We have used the AI summary when opening a task and seeing a summary of everything has been discussed. It's a cool feature and should be added instead of being a paid feature. It's beneficial when reviewing multiple tasks with many comments. It makes reviewing projects very efficient. Great tool to use!
