Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

I use it to stay on top of my projects and progress, as well as to track updates and any client feedback. Additionally, to request internal documents. It helps to keep on top of daily tasks as well as long-term tasks and navigate ever-changing timelines.

Pros

  • Project management.
  • Keeping track of on-going projects.
  • Collaboration with colleagues on projects.
  • Easy learning curve when compare to most of the competition.
  • Native and robust Gnat charts.
  • Built in time tracking.

Cons

  • Management and workflow for creative projects.
  • Integration and viewing more creative programme file formats.
  • Built in chat functionality would be useful.
  • Add ons can be costly.
  • Live collaboration tools.
  • N/A as that's above my level in the company.
I've been introduced to the AI-powered task prioritisation, which seems very intuitive. It enables us to automatically see and elevate high priority and impact tasks. It helps our teams focus on the important stuff! I'm looking forward to utilising this feature more thoroughly in the future; it will make my day much more manageable and help keep the less important stuff from getting in the way at those times when I need to focus.
I haven't personally used it, but I have been involved in tasks that automatically generate/ repeat on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. This helps us stay on top of the important recurring meetings that could get overlooked.
JobTrack seemed simpler/more streamlined, but it was more basic than Wrike. Wrike seems more versatile.

Do you think Wrike delivers good value for the price?

Not sure

Are you happy with Wrike's feature set?

Yes

Did Wrike live up to sales and marketing promises?

I wasn't involved with the selection/purchase process

Did implementation of Wrike go as expected?

I wasn't involved with the implementation phase

Would you buy Wrike again?

Yes

Well-suited for more general and corporate-structured projects, but less so for creative workflows. Live collaboration needs work.
