Wrike making project management enjoyable and functional

Our department uses Wrike to manage Information Technology projects, task and change request. Wrike has allowed a single pane of glass for all IT projects with great granularity and collaboration. When we create projects, we can set timelines with project managers and assistant project managers in order to keep project on track and on time. The features of Wrike allows us to communicate across team and keep tight schedule with email reminders. All team members are abreast of project process and changes in one place.

I have not used this feature, which I think attributes to the fact that my primary role is IT Analyst and Wrike is used as a roadmap. I think this feature may help identify buried line items and possibly identify collaboration opportunities.
