Overall Satisfaction with Wrike
project tracking for Marketing and Communications teams. This helps with strategy work, major event planning, social media calendaring, content creation, budgeting, and metrics reporting. As the enterprise marketing team, this helps us stay connected with our various functions within the business and our team, including stakeholders, major projects to report up to leadership, metrics for glidepaths and collaboration with our agency partners.
Pros
- Social Media Calendar for posts - collaboration with agency partner
- Meeting notes and follow up tasks
- Connecting all tasks with major projects
- visibility of processes and procedures for teams
Cons
- for metrics and budgeting, it would be easier to utilize excel formulas
- some functions I'd like to edit within the project and not always on the backend. It can be hard to get work done or properly set up if I have to always work with my Wrike team manager on edits to fields
- filtering within dashboards, or dashboards in general could be much easier to use with more functionality like a power BI or Tableau. The notes widget and metrics are not easy to set up and work. similarly the charts are not the same as excel or any of these dashboard tools which makes it a challenge
- Wrike has significantly improved working relationships with agency partners, and shown which agency partners are most engaged with our work. The agencies we have the most issues with are the ones who don't work in Wrike the same way as we do.
I have not used these features, but I would love to stay connected and explore how this could help move things quicker. We also have internal AI tools that we use, but I would like to see how AI could help automate some of the frustrations I tend to see with project status updates, or general communication
