Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

we use Wrike for driving project management for our value engineering team. We track open tasks, drive ownership and timelines for different members of our team, and leverage the Kanban board to track status.

It is also used to track a parking lot of ideas for innovation on our team.

Pros

  • Kanban Status Tracking
  • Collaboration
  • Linking to documents and specifying critical dependencies to tasks

Cons

  • I would like Gant charts to be easier to leverage in it.
  • Improved work quality as we can better define our tasks and initiatives
I have not leveraged the workflows feature yet.
Our company doesn't support Trello. In general, I was looking for Wrike to meet all the features of Trello for task management and it has been great for 1:1 functionality.
