Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We are currently using Wrike in our organization. We are using it to effectively track resources, tasks, and schedules. I am currently managing at least 12 products on a daily basis, and Wrike has helped me to stay focused and reduce scope creep.

Pros

  • Managing Resources.
  • Managing Schedules.

Cons

  • Better integration of AI.
  • Ability to customize fields better.
  • Better explanation of areas of usage.

I have not used these features as I'm not sure how I can integrate them into my current role. More information or training on this would be wonderful.
I think it's fairly easy to work in. But it could use some more resources for training/understanding the underlying features.
I am not sure about other products like Wrike.

So far, Wrike has been well-suited for a project management role for me. I am not sure how useful Wrike would be outside of this scope of responsibility.
