Overall Satisfaction with Wrike

We use Wrike as a tool for keeping tabs on our projects and for collaboration. Some people use it for independent projects, but we use it for a workflow system. Our projects usually jump from one person to another.

Pros

  • Marking a status of a task.
  • Allows easy organization.
  • No bugs on the site, not slow.
  • User friendly, easy to find stuff.

Cons

  • Design spruce up, allow color coding.
  • Maybe adding folders.
  • I can't provide hard numbers since I didn't pay for the platform, management would know.
I have not used these features.
Very good for workflows. Allows everyone to see the project, timelines, and manage accountability.

Yes

Wrike is great, mostly for projects that involve more than one person. Not so much for independent projects or individuals. I'd rather use Trello to keep track of tasks for individuals.
