Overall Satisfaction

Used to send newsletters by the social media department, and also the events department.

Pros

  • Easy to use and customize
  • Great for exporting results and data
  • Like the integration with Mailchimp

Cons

  • Storage of contact information
  • We were able to see how to improve our ROI by making easy changes
It was great for our purposes. If I start another role with similar responsibilities i would use it again.
