I use Wufoo as an online form solution for capturing client data for event enrollment and as a way to allow our clients to update their contact information. Before using Wufoo, we did not have a working solution for online forms of any type. Collecting information was limited to paper methods, phone calls, or clients would just reply to emails. Using Wufoo online forms gave us a better way to collect, track, and share internally the data we needed.
- Customizable online forms that can be branded with the company logo.
- Forms can easily be embedded on a website or shared online.
- The reports and analytics tools allow you to share data with co-workers and partners.
- Wufoo forms can be integrated with other programs like MailChimp and Twitter.
- The gallery has a large collection of templates to get you started or give you inspiration.
- The theme designer feature has room for improvement, particularly in the area where you add your logo. I wish you could upload your logo from your computer rather than having to save it on Photobucket or host it elsewhere.
- The Wufoo Form Gallery is very helpful but even more templates could be added. For example, more professional templates in the invitations category that could be used for events like workshops or seminars.
