Overall Satisfaction with Wufoo
We use the program to take meeting attendance. We create a QR code to the link and have people complete it when they arrive/log-on. We also use it as an embedded form on our website. It takes responses for donations and address updates, as well as other public information gathering.
Pros
- ease of use
- simple platform
- embedded forms work well
- links easily with Paypal
Cons
- sometimes getting responses are clunky
- figuring out how to have it send email responses can be clunky
- frees up time for staff to do other things
- streamlines responses
Wufoo is very different. Submittable has way more features and offerings. Wufoo is more about offering a simple form to complete without logging on.
