Overall Satisfaction with Wufoo

We use it on our website so candidates can apply to our job openings. We have several opened positions and we have a Wufoo form in each. It allows us to review candidates and also gather data. We also use it inside our online courses since it can be integrated very easily.

  • The forms have allowed us to make a better applicant filtering, allowing us to weed out not suited candidates right away.
  • Automatic responses allows us an increase in sales.
Because it can be pretty intuitive for the most basic functions, like adding a form to your website or your digital content (like an online course). You don't have to be computer savvy to use it. Of course, IT people can use it and will make better use of it, but ordinary people can use it pretty well too.

Wufoo is well suited when someone needs to gather data from visitors.
It's not so well suited when you need to have people send files over 25MB in size. That's the limit and it's pretty low. We use it for resumes and MS Word files, so the size is okay for us, but might not be the case for other needs.

Using Wufoo

3 - The areas that use Wufoo within our company are: CEO, Human Resources and IT team
1 - Wufoo is very intuitive and it doesn't take a computer-savvy person to use it. Someone in IT can take better advantage of it, but everyone with minimal computer knowledge can use it.

Because it serves its purpose and it's easy to use, create and modify existing forms.

The most important factor is Integration with other Systems. It allows us to insert forms into our websites and digital content very easily, just by copying and pasting code into our website/digital code. We can then receive the forms into our email and even filter the responses using some criteria asked in the forms.
I don't think we would change our decision. I wasn't involved in the purchasing process but we wouldn't change vendors as this one works perfectly well.

Yes, it's easy without training. I don't think training is needed. It's very self-explanatory and easy to use. Very intuitive.

I think this product is just right for this type of product.
No, just create a new form and add fields as needed. No bigger issues.
No - we have not done any customization to the interface

Wufoo Support

I don't think we've ever contacted support in the past. If we ever had an issue with it, we just solved on our end, but we've never encounter a situation when we couldn't solve a problem. Everything has been okay, and we've been using it for over 10 years. Very happy with this product.

Wufoo Reliability

I think it can be integrated with different software but not sure about its scalability.
From all the time I've been using it (around 10 years) I've never seen an outage or application error.
Wufoo's performance is great. Reports are created fast, considering sometimes there's a lot of data to gather. The reports are created fast enough even then. Pages load correctly and within a reasonable speed.

Integrating Wufoo

I love how easily you can integrate it with other platforms or websites. You can just copy and code and paste it whenever you need it. It can be integrated via code, via email, via social media or link.

It wasn't hard to achieve at all. We integrate all with codes. We copy and paste into our website and digital course with a "insert code" feature.
