Overall Satisfaction with Wunderlist
I use Wunderlist, mostly for personal tracking. I do use it to track projects and to-do's for work, but use it lots more for personal to-do lists and shopping lists. I keep an ongoing grocery list and star items I need, then un-star them when I've purchased them -- keeps me from having to enter the same item over and over. Do the same for packing lists.
- Use across multiple devices
- Share your list with others
- Easily organize multiple types of lists or categories
- I'd like for starred items to rise to the top (which they do), but then to return to alpha order when I unstar them. Not a big deal, though. When it gets messy I simply resort the list alphabetically and then unstar-restar those items I want at the top of the list again.
- Again, I'm not using it as much in my business as I am in my personal life.
Todoist has drag-n-drop functionality I find useful, but I am using Wunderlist the most.
