Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
We are using Xactly Incent to process monthly commissions for our 1200 associates across 8 different plans.
Pros
- Provides detailed training on all as aspects of the product by knowledge personnel
- Extremely flexible to be able to incorporate any size or plan complexity into their platform
Cons
- More flexibility in reporting pods for sales representatives
- Versioning and editing of hierachies and named relationship feel a bit clunky when not doing an upload
- To allow for multiple hierarchies in the system to be able to look at business in operations and a functional view
- Been able to reduce expenses and repurpose staff to other initiatives
- Consolidated monthly results in a central location that has allowed for prompt analysis and modifications to the plans
