Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Currently the entire sales department at KLM uses Xactly Incent for incentives. We see value in having a transparent reward and incentive program internally and may be a motivating factor for the entire company. In the future, we are hoping to potentially implement it for other teams.
