Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
Xactly Incent was being used by the Sales Operations and Sales teams in order to calculate and give visibility into their commissions in real-time. It also automated the process of loading sales data into an online tool, which was previously done manually. Incent also decreased the error rate for commissions data.
