Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

We use it throughout all of our sales organization and anyone who is on a commission plan. FP&A uses the reporting for forecasting, we also use it to generate our accrual journal entries.
  • Shows detailed commission reports
  • Versions different records on people position, quotas, etc.
  • Keeps historical data
  • More Users for Ops so they can see certain teams
  • More audit reports
  • Updating User records easier
  • We now have all our sales teams in Xactly!
  • Much more viability for all teams
  • Would love more of a monthly manager approval process
  • Xactly Commission Expense Accounting (CEA)
Xactly works really well to display credits and commissions to different teams. It provides great visibility for our teams. It could be a bit easier when uploading data.
