Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
It is being used across our sales department globally. Integrated with Clari and Salesforce, it allows sales reps to determine their earnings as well as keep track of commissions. It is also used by our Business Development team globally and they use it in a similar manner.
- Easy to use.
- Provides all of the detail you require.
- Easy to export detail onto a CSV.
- Speed of integration with Clari, can take some time for information to appear.
- No capability to raise queries with commissions team from within the software.
- By allowing our sales team to have live access to their commission info, it saves time and increases our productivity. Sales reps will not need to constantly message a commissions team to get the info they require.
