Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
We are currently using Xactly Incent within our Sales organization to calculate attainment to goal and commissions earned. We also use it to route the yearly Plan Acknowledgement Forms to the teams for approval. Using Xactly Incent eliminated the need of processing commissions manually in Excel spreadsheets and then needing to email out to all the individual users for approval. Now everything is uploaded into one area and the individuals can go in at any time to view their current, past and estimated future commissions. It's a huge time saver and there is less room for errors using Xactly Incent.

- The ability to void invalid documents that were routed and approved in order to reissue correct documents.
- Simplify creating formulas for processing commissions.
- Adding accelerators based on the type of products our reps sell incentivizes them to sell the products with the highest accelerators, which in return generates more profitable business for our company.
Creating new plans, using a pay curve, assigning target incentives and appropriate goals that align with the territory they are reps assigned to has improved the way we've calculated compensation and in return, helps us to retain high-performing employees.
We are only using Xactly Incent at this time.
Being able to log on using Single Sign On is a huge benefit for our Sales team.
Our sales operations department is the only department that uses Xactly Incent.
