Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent
We use Xactly as a Sales Performance management tool. It is a great tool with great user friendly experience. We are currently able to manage day to day activities with not much issues.

- Customization of Plans & Plan documents
- Incentive statement Customization
- Multiple Version creation under quota section as it throws error after second version
- Better view of Incentive statement
I'm currently not using the analytics yet.
It helps in focusing & building the plans based on company's goal
Sales Performance via Xactly download is shared to finance in the form of reporting & analytics which helps them in the decision making
