Overall Satisfaction with Xactly Incent

Xactly Incent is used to track and pay commissions to our sellers. There are different methods of who MillerKnoll pays their sellers depending on the role they have in the sales process. Xactly Incent was purchased to help with these different roles in tracking and paying. I help with the set up of the sellers, trouble shoot why the volume isn't tracking accordingly, and pay commissions to those folks.
  • tracking volume when set up is correct
  • gives a snap shot of actual to quota
  • gives an estimate of the current commission payment
  • too much detail on the sales order for our sellers when they look at their volume.
  • no report to just show a summary of volume by pricing number on a project for seller
  • to many reference files to set up place holders to track volume for an individual seller
  • Its a big change in how our sellers are used to seeing volume and commissions
  • some of the update processes are cumbersome to see adjusted volume.
  • the dashboard looks great.
This is a feature I have not had a chance to use because we are still in the learning as we go phase.
we are still learning all this.
SAles Admin is the only group using this program at this time.

Our group is still in the learning phase of this program. The Xactly Incent we have have was tailored to our needs and we are still working through the pinch points to how to view data, how often data refreshes, and making corrections/adjustment to miss aligned volume.
