Overall Satisfaction with Xero
It is being used across the entire company. The program allows for easy access to invoicing from mobile phones for employees in the field and it also enables automatic updating across the platform. Another feature that we have found to be incredibly useful is the unlimited users without any additional fees. These allow for great expansion with the business.

- Live updating for everyone logged into the system, each user can log in and not kick any other user off.
- It also makes reconciliation a breeze with your bank statements which enables faster noticing of trends and better financial reporting.
- The phone app although good could be made to have more functions and bit more user-friendly.
- Depending on the bank, the automatic bank feeds sometimes do not work the way they should.
- Doing mass actions could also be done easier. The current process can be a bit confusing.
- The batch action feature can be a bit confusing to use.
- The program has enabled us to better streamline all of our invoicing and billing.
- The rules feature for reconciling transactions has also allowed us to greatly reduce the amount of time spent reconciling accounts which increased our profit margin on each account.
- Some clients are not willing to transfer over to a new accounting platform which has made it harder on a few occaasions to bring a new client on board.
Xero is a far better program than any of the QuickBooks programs. It is free from constantly being advertised to and offered other programs from Intuit. It also has a much smoother interface that works faster than the Quickbooks programs that I have used. I also have recommended all of my clients to switch over to Xero.
