Overall Satisfaction with Xero
The whole business uses Xero as our main accounting platform, but especially the accounting department.
- It’s all web based which means that you can access your accounting from anywhere.
- Very easy and practical to create and send invoices to your clients. You can customize it to your business, it’s fast and really easy.
- You don’t need to install anything to use Xero, and you don’t need any maintenance.
- It would be nice to have videos online for those who are new to Xero.
- Should be available in other languages.
- The cash reporting is bad.
- We stopped paying for a software that gave us more issues than help
Xero is the best we’ve had because it’s all online based with plenty of support and growth.
