Overall Satisfaction with Xero
Xero is our accounting software used across the entire organization. We are a virtual company with several employees who work remotely. So it's an easy solution for us. The integration with our bank is extremely helpful. The integration with Expensify & Bill.com is also a huge asset. I was the accounting manager who used Xero for day to day transactions. We recently outsourced these functions to an outside accounting vendor and the transition process is extremely smooth because Xero is so easy to work with.

- As a non-profit, we've been able to conserve costs by keeping accounting staff to a minimum
- The efficiency of Xero and ease of use saves us time and energy
I started with Xero in 2014 and they seemed to be the leader in online small business accounting. They seemed to have already ironed out a lot of issues and made it very easy to get started. And they quickly ramped up and ironed out solutions to problems. Plus they were extemely well priced for the simple accounting needs we had at the time.
