Overall Satisfaction with Xero
We currently use Xero for all our management accounting, aged receivables (including credit control) and supplier payments. Our chart of accounts, P&L and balance sheet are all controlled and reported on via Xero. One off invoicing for hardware and labor from our CRM - Connectwise and our recurring billing platform - Ebilz are logged and managed through Xero. Ebilz and Xero are integrated meaning all transactions are automatically entered into Xero.

Xero was the easiest to use and most cost effective of all the solutions we evaluated during the procurement process. We spoke to other similar sized businesses and they highly recommended using Xero. We liked the fact it's a cloud based system meaning we can access the system and data remotely. It integrates with our recurring billing platform and our bank.
