Overall Satisfaction with Xero
We use Xero across multiple entities for managing our accounts, invoicing, payroll and paying taxes.
Our accountants then have direct access to our business information and are able to prepare our annual accounts as soon as the tax period has ended.
By using Xero from day one we’ve been able to very easily stay on top of all of our annual reports and regular tax filings.
We integrate Stripe for Fred card payments and the automatic reconciliation is amazing.

Honestly, I don’t know how people managed before software like Xero came along. It integrates directly with our bank feeds so as long as we keep up to date with our reconciliations, our accounts are always current. Shared access with your accountant makes it very streamlined to prepare any filings. Invoicing is very straightforward and the templates make for a professional front with customers. Here in New Zealand we can also automatically file PAYE which is a huge time and cost saver.
