Overall Satisfaction with Xero
We use Xero, and its associated products eg Hubdoc, for all our bookkeeping and accounting needs. We have been doing so going on for 5 years. We have multiple accounts for different entities but also use profit centres in Xero to manage multiple sites within one entity. Our accountant and a large portion of our suppliers also use Xero making things even easier.

Takes a bit of training but once you get it it’s very simple and intuitive. As I mentioned earlier updates can throw a spanner in the works but only from a Ux perspective. It looks different and things are in new places but the background functionality remains the same. Support has always been able to assist with issues.
Not sure what this means. Have never used whatever this question refers to.
I’ve not integrated Xero with any other programs etc if bank feeds count as an integration then that has been excellent.

In hospitality, we have a large number of bank transactions, both revenue and expenses. Xero bank feeds make it easy to keep on top of such a large number of weekly transactions. It also helps in making sure suppliers get paid on time and also ATO reports are submitted in a timely fashion. Bank feeds are the best!
