Overall Satisfaction with Xero
It is our financial system of record, all transactions are done via Xero. All bank recons, VAT/PAYE reporting, budget management, annual reports etc. Invoicing, follow-ups etc.

- Negative - removed the payroll functionality as part of the offering, now I have to spend more with a third party vendor for a basic payroll.

I originally used Xero, but felt let down as a small business when functionality was removed, such as payroll, but pricing remained, and I now have to pay more for a payroll solution from a third party. I am evaluating Odoo as a potential replacement.
