Overall Satisfaction with Xero

Full service accounting and bookkeeping software. It's used for end-to-end bookkeeping, accounting, reporting, invoicing, payroll and HR related management. Allows staff to manage their own leave and payslips. Heavy customisation of reporting is very useful for our specific business cases.

Very user friendly experience. Most things are where you expect them to be. Users who are not trained in either Accounting or Bookkeeping are confident using the system.
Yes. Simple sign up and begin using. We've also had experience with closing a company and closing a subscription. Knowing that it could be reactivated in the future gives great peace of mind.
We have integrated the system with our CRM. It was a very simple process. Integrations with many applications.
Xero is far more robust and perfectly tailored to the Australian market with our tax laws, compliance and standards.

Perfect for small to medium size businesses. Wouldn't scale too well to large enterprise from what I understand and see in its use.
