Overall Satisfaction with Xero
We use Xero for project and time tracking and all our internal accounting needs and we encourage all our clients to use Xero as well. We love Xero and all it's functions. I would ask if Xero can however simplify the cusomizing of the invoice template and allow the subscriber of the Xero subscription to override the MFA as numerous clients has had issues when a employee leaves the entity to access the Xero subscription.
- Automated bank feeds
- Simplifying bank reconciliations
- VAT report and VAT submission
- Customizing the sales invoice template
- Multi-factor authentication cannot be bypassed by subscriber or senior user
- Little to non mannual capturing equates to time saved
- Errors are easily avoided and detected
- easily accessible anytime from anywhere
No product thus far can even compare to Xero.
Pastel is tedious and tiresome with everything that has to be captured manually and if an error is made a new journal needs to be drafted to correct it.
Zoho Reports are horrible and pulls through limited data.
Quickbooks also requires mannual capturing which can lead to numerous errors if the client is not skilled in accounting.
