I am seniour employee in an accounting industry. We help individuals and companies to manage their finances and prepare financial records. Xero is our sole software that we use for accounting. The software helps us to fully streamline our operations and effectively manage finances. It ensures seamless cashflow management, effective expenses tracking, proper billing and invoicing as well as fixed asset management.

- The software has a flexible pricing which makes it affordable to small and medium businesses.
- Ease of use and seamless integration with other tools.
- Xero is very effective when it comes to handling of trust accounting and tracking of distributions.

- Customization options of the software are very limited compared to those of other accounting tools.
- Software templates are less flexible and cannot be fully customized.
- Xero has enabled us to maintain accuracy in accounting processes especially during preparation of cashflow statements and profits and loss statements.
