Use Cases and Deployment Scope

We are an e-commerce brand operating in multiple countries and across different marketplaces. We use Xero as the source of truth when it comes to profitability, and more specific accounting and tax prep.

Usability

It's pretty easy to navigate and is more streamlined than some of the other ones I used.

Cloud Costs

We transitioned from a major CPA firm that costs a lot to a part-time accountant to support the business as a lot of things have been automated with Xero.

Ease of Integration

We tried integrating Xero with a few other platforms and apps (Amazon, Cin7) but there is always something that prevents having the full benefits from the integration and the workarounds end up taking too much time.

Alternatives Considered

QuickBooks Commerce

Xero is just easier and more pleasant to use. QuickBooks seemed too slow and very rigid compared to Xero.
