We use Xero to do our billing and accounting. It is connected to our bank accounts, credit card processor and creates reports that help us remain on top of our business.

Cons

No way to collect a deposit? Really? That's insane.
We have multiple bank accounts and stripe accounts. There is no way to map these in Xero.

Return on Investment

it's just easier to use than Quickbooks (for now -- we all know enshitification is real, so one day I'm sure Xero will enshitify and we'll have to find something else again)
