Overall Satisfaction with Xero

We use Xero to do our billing and accounting. It is connected to our bank accounts, credit card processor and creates reports that help us remain on top of our business.

Pros

  • Invoicing
  • Reporting
  • Bill paying

Cons

  • No way to collect a deposit? Really? That's insane.
  • We have multiple bank accounts and stripe accounts. There is no way to map these in Xero.
  • it's just easier to use than Quickbooks (for now -- we all know enshitification is real, so one day I'm sure Xero will enshitify and we'll have to find something else again)
It's easier to use than Quickbooks but lacks the ability to map multiple accounts and sub-brands within our company.
We can hire a remote accounting team.
It's fairly easy but lacks opportunities to map multiple accounts.
