Overall Satisfaction with Yesware

It’s a no-brainer tool. It works perfectly, tracks my emails and tells me when people are engaged so I can follow up with them.

Pros

  • Good UX

Cons

  • Better reporting
  • Mobility
  • Big - has gotten me many deals
Much better link tracking and open tracking
I sent a proposal to someone a number of years ago. I got a notification that they opened the email I sent back in 2015. I called them [and] they bought a site.
